How the portal looks
Colours, typefaces, size and spacing for every page. Change anything and the preview follows immediately; nothing reaches anyone else until you press Apply to the portal. After that it takes effect for everyone, on pages they already have open.
Start from a look
Pick one and adjust it below, or leave As built alone to keep each page's original palette.
Colours
Ten colours drive the whole portal. Everything else — the pale backgrounds behind a status, the hover shades, the shadows — is worked out from these, so nothing is left mismatched. The one exception is the coloured stripe on each tool card on the home page: those stay as they are, so the eight tools remain distinguishable at a glance.
Type, size and spacing
Headings, body text and the small uppercase labels.
Scales everything, not just the text — which is what people usually mean when a screen is too small. Printing is unaffected.
Padding inside cards, panels and table rows. Tighter fits more on screen; looser is easier to read.
Square through to fully rounded. All the way left keeps each page as it was designed.
